The Left knows they can't win a shooting war but they also know the Right is too domesticated and feminized to start shooting unless shot at. Even then it's just a few outliers like Rittenhouse that they can use the system to take care of. The sense of individualism on the Right trumps any sense of solidarity. It is not just for this reason the Right doesn't show up in support for people like Kyle Rittenhouse en masse with a show of force (like BLM does), but also it's the feminization of the men that has made them fear confrontation and prefer security over all else. All the Left has to do to win is to nominally intimidate the Right physically on the streets and threaten their job security and social standing through ostracization online. In other words, they just have to fight like girls.
