The CDC and the FDA hide behind what they reportedly say is the “error” in the Vaers database.
What they neglect to realize, is by saying there are errors in Vaers, they are VIOLATING the 1986 Act that shields manufacturers from liability.
(Regan put into place the National Childhood Vaccine Protection Act....yes, Regan. Then Bush in 2005 —that handed Big Pharma the gate pass of immunity)
They are REQUIRED by law to keep the vaccine database accurate. So by stating that Vaers is inaccurate, they are admitting to violating the law. A statutory requirement. You can’t say get the indemnity shield, but then say Vaers can’t be trusted. If Vaers is wrong, then the indemnity is Void.
Btw...that Act is also why they are requiring and/or recommending children to be vaccinated, even though the “science” initially said A) children weren’t effected by the virus. And B) Healthy, young adults without pre existing conditions wasn’t really necessary either....let that sink in.
Recall the first recommended to be vaccinated was 65+.....
They are literally allowing children to die, so that they can have immunity protection.....but failed to realize that by stating that Vaers is inaccurate...makes them in violation of the Law....and renders them fully liable for all vaccine deaths and injuries.
