Європейська асоціація університетів опублікувало свою першу інноваційну програму, побудовану з урахуванням досвіду університетів, що входять до EUA. У цьому документі міститься бачення підходу європейського сектору вищої освіти та досліджень до інновацій на період до 2026 року, що стане орієнтиром для керівництва та співробітників EUA під час розроблення комплексного плану інноваційного розвитку. Асоціація підтримуватиме університети в їхній інноваційній діяльності та створенні ними соціальної цінності, а також своєчасно інформуватиме про важливі рішення, прийняті за межами сектору (політиками, спонсорами, іншими зацікавленими сторонами), які відіграють ключову роль у визначенні рамкових умов досліджень та інновацій у Європі.
