Every Infra project has obstruction - Judiciary of India. Their decision aren't fast.
Its time to make "some" cases which one can't go against in Courts or Reform court and make them accountable if decision by courts are pending for long time. Taxpayer's money is wasted due to this delay in decisions of Judiciary.
