🚛 India's First Bioplastic Plant Nears Launch in UP!

A mammoth 240-wheel trailer carrying a 110-foot-long Belgian reactor has reached Lakhimpur Kheri, UP, after a 6-month journey. The massive machine is the centerpiece of a ₹3,080 crore bioplastic facility being built by Balrampur Chini Mills.

Key Highlights:

• 🌱 Green Tech: Will produce 80,000 tonnes of biodegradable PLA plastic annually from sugarcane.

Central Bank of India lost ₹13.96 crore in 187 unauthorised RTGS transfers to 36 banks from Oct 15 to 17, police say.

Unknown people allegedly got into the RBI-owned IFTAS Central SFMS server through the bank's core banking system.

The money was customers' funds. The bank first called it a "technical glitch". RBI, CERT-In and NCIIPC have been told and Maharashtra cyber police have a case.

Overall, the doctrine shifts the Army toward agile, tech-enabled, self-reliant land power that can operate effectively in contested, multi-domain environments through 2047.

Indigenous AIP system for Indian Navy’s diesel-electric submarines achieves key milestone with inauguration of Setting to Work Phase-2 Activity

A significant milestone towards enhancing Indian Navy’s underwater capabilities has been achieved with the inauguration of ‘Setting to Work Phase (STW)-2’ activity of the Air Independent Propulsion (AIP) system Energy Module developed indigenously by Naval Materials Research Laboratory, DRDO.

The AIP system boosts the underwater endurance of the diesel-electric submarines by reducing its dependence on atmospheric oxygen.
