Future Combat Air System (FCAS) spearheaded by the French Government”: Ministry of Defence to Standing Committee on Defence on the issue of sixth generation fighter aircraft.

FCAS – A Joint Project between France, Germany & Spain to develop a 6th Generation Jet was closed down in June 2026 due to years of infighting between French Dassault and European Airbus.

France is now moving forward solo on this Project, so the MoD Statement means this could be a joint France-India Project. Nothing clear on the topic yet.

Environment minister Manjinder S Sirsa has promised that this blot of Delhi will get "EXTINCT like Dinosaurs" by 2028.

A total of 8.868 million MT of waste has so far undergone biomining and bioremediation at the site.

> 1.5 million MT of waste, generated over the past one and a half years, is targeted to be cleared by October 2026.

Around 70-75% of the processed material is inert.
