9. The Bankers' Books Evidence Bill, 2026: This Bill repeals and replaces the 135-year-old, colonial-era Bankers' Books Evidence Act,1891. Redefines "bankers' books" to encompass Physical logs, Digital transaction records, Electronic logs, and Cloud-based databases.
