GEMS of INDIAN Judiciary

We are in India, be realistic - This was the answer to a plea for restoration of license of a 4 star hotel belonging to a global brand in Mumbai whose license was cancelled by the Maharashtra FDA over the discovery of insects in its kitchen area during inspection!!

So, even if the government departments function accordingly and try to implement their given mandate, courts sweep in and create disruption!!

Judiciary needs the biggest reform in India!!
