CWG Weightlifting 69 kg : Harjinder Kaur clinches silver medal

Harjinder Kaur delivered the performance of her career to win the Commonwealth Games silver medal in the women's 69kg weightlifting event on Tuesday.

The Indian lifter registered a personal-best total of 227kg, improving on the bronze medal she won in the 71kg category at the Birmingham 2022 Games.

The Haryana Cabinet on July 28 approved 100% motor vehicle tax exemption for new electric 2-wheelers, 3-wheelers and 4-wheelers up to ₹30 lakh ex-showroom, and 50% exemption for EVs above ₹30 lakh, with 20% exemption continuing for CNG vehicles.
