This was the questionnaire from The Bhutanese, the paper which published the story of Bhutan rejecting E20 fuel offered by India. As you all can see there is no mention of such offer being made by the Indian government to the Bhutan government and they requested normal fuel to be supplied by the government as usual in general . This has been spun into a fake story to benefit some groups.
