As you all can see there is no mention of such offer being made by the Indian government to the Bhutan government and they requested normal fuel to be supplied by the government as usual in general . This has been spun into a fake story to benefit some groups.

And yes if someone after reading this says that it means E20 is safe and compatible with older vehicles and Scamkari isn't scamming people then you are wrong!! E20 should not have been rolled out for everyone but only for compatible vehicles!!
