1. India doesn't pay any heed to their crying and move forward with the project. Pakistan watches itself get turned into a desert...
2. Pakistan gets desperate and attacks India directly or via a Terrorist attack, triggering a harsh Indian Response which could lead to a all out of War
3. Government bends to international pressure in future and restores the Indus Water Treaty and faces a rout in the next General Election
