The long-term O2C strategy involves completely halting traditional transportation fuel production like petrol and diesel, instead using crude oil to produce high-value petrochemicals, green chemicals, and advanced materials such as carbon fiber, specialized plastics, and synthetic rubber to serve domestic manufacturing.
