Reliance raised its battery manufacturing target to 120 GWh and signed a $3 billion green ammonia supply agreement with Samsung C&T. Nepal will export 40 MW to Bangladesh from June 15, 2026. India has not approved an additional 20 MW due to transmission constraints. Pending are revised agreements and decisions from the Nepal-India Energy Joint Steering Committee. The 40 MW export follows 2024 agreements, but expansion faces delays due to India's transmission line capacity limits.
