RBI is evaluating polymer banknotes as part of India’s currency modernisation programme. Polymer notes typically last 2.5–4 times longer than paper notes and are already used in 30+ countries, including Australia, Canada and the UK. The Indian Navy has issued an Expression of interest(EoI) for 80 mm A2G rockets for its MiG-29K/KUB fleet 🇮🇳⚓
