You need to send the revised score card with at least 75% or 65% as per your category by July 15th 2026, through the email orgjee@iitr.ac.in. On receipt of the same, admission will be given to whichever seat is allocated to you at the end of the 4th round.

Finance Ministry reforms to ease foreign investment + attract long-term capital in equities & G-Secs.

3 big changes:

• PROI equity access: Individual Persons Resident Outside India can now invest via Portfolio Investment Scheme like NRIs/OCIs. Individual cap 5%→10% per company. Overall PROI cap 10%→24% per company. Rules amended via FEMA Non-Debt Instruments 3rd Amendment 2026.

• FPI in G-Secs: FAR expanded to 15/30/40-yr new issuances + Sovereign Green Bonds. For General Route: removed short-term, concentration, security-wise limits. Only 6% cap for Central G-Secs + 2% for SGS retained. 'General' + 'Long-term' sub-limits merged.

• Tax: Interest + capital gains on G-Secs by FPIs exempt from income tax from 1 Apr 2026. Same for BIS. #Economy

RBI is evaluating polymer banknotes as part of India’s currency modernisation programme. Mazagon Dock has joined the race to become anchor investor for Andhra Pradesh’s ₹29,000 crore shipbuilding cluster at Dugarajapatnam.
