CSIR-IICT’s CBG tech is scaling up. Three full-scale plants in progress: 12 TPD(tonnes per day) rice husk at Mulugu, Telangana; 5 TPD paddy straw near Guwahati, Assam; 3 TPD Napier grass at Ramanna Peta, Telangana. This supports Centre’s SATAT goal of 5,000 CBG plants producing 15 MMT/year for circular economy and energy security.

For wet waste, IICT’s Anaerobic Gas Lift Reactor converts food/kitchen/poultry waste to biogas and manure. Scaled from 100 kg/day to 1 TPD demo plant. Now in 15+ sites including Akshaya Patra kitchens, colleges, and corporates after successful canteen waste-to-biogas pilot.

The CBIC mandates online filing of cargo declaration documents under the Sea Cargo Manifest and Transhipment Regulations framework.
