Solar Group today successfully carried out the maiden proof trial of two production lots of Pinaka Extended Range Rockets for the first time in the country

The maiden proof trial was conducted at Pokhran Field Firing Range. A total of 24 Pinaka Enhanced rockets were flight tested for their accuracy, consistency and lethality and the rocket performed exceptionally good in field conditions, says the Solar Group.

To tackle the issue of untreated sewage discharge and the inefficiency of existing sewage treatment infrastructure, the Delhi government has initiated a comprehensive overhaul of its wastewater management system.

As per the data shared by the Delhi government, out of 37 sewage treatment plants (STPs) found to be substandard, 28 have already been upgraded, while work on the remaining 9 is underway and is expected to be completed by October this year.

Further strengthening this effort, tenders have been finalized for 35 decentralized sewage treatment plants (DSTPs) worth ₹2,400 crore, indicating a strategic shift toward localized wastewater treatment. In addition, plans for 12 more DSTPs, with an estimated cost of ₹7,200 crore, are currently underway.
