Pak Army SSG Bn CO who was posted along the LoC on 27 Feb,2019 confirmed in a podcast recently that he saw 3 parachutes that day in PoJK (one in front of him & 2 more behind him).

This account matches with what civilians from both sides of the LoC saw that day & as per media reports even Indian Army forward posts reported sighting parachutes at 2 different locations in PoJK. Initial reporting by ISPR also said the same however they changed their position a few hours later after finding out that the 2nd jet crash in PoJK was a PAF jet.
