TMT (the company behind Trump’s platform Truth Social) has never announced anything close to a ₹1 lakh crore foreign investment anywhere in the world. The company’s finances are limited, volatile, and under bit of scrutiny in the US.

Also level of investment ($12 billion) is far beyond its current market value and capital-raising capacity. So far it has made smaller investments, typically in the range of $1–5 million per deal, across over 90 portfolio companies
