1. India and Mongolia are bound by deep-rooted Civilizational and Spiritual linkages, as Strategic Partners, Spiritual Neighbours and Third Neighbours

2. India-Mongolia Joint Committee on Cooperation (IMJCC) co-chaired by the EAM of India and Chief Cabinet Secretary of Mongolia, will continue to identify new areas of collaboration.

3. The Mongol Oil Refinery Project, being implemented with the support of a $ 1.7 billion Line of Credit extended by the Govt of India , stands as a flagship initiative and a vital component of Mongolia’s sustainable #Energy

4. Signing of the Memorandum of Understanding on Quick Impact Projects (QIPs), through India-funded initiatives

5. Intensify efforts for further expanding and deepening Economic Relations

6. MoU on Cooperation between both countries paved the way for exporting Mongolia’s key #Minerals Resources to the Indian market, including Coking Coal and Copper & deepen Cooperation in the Renewable Energy Sector

7. Mongolian Side expressed its appreciation for India’s Global leadership in the fields of Renewable, Nuclear, and Conventional energy, as well as its pioneering initiative of the International Solar Alliance (ISA)

8. Seeking New transport and Logistics linkages to expand Bilateral #Trade and Economic Cooperation & jointly Exploring the potential of third-country Ports and Transport Corridors, exchanging experiences in Road and Rail Connectivity & enhancing cooperation by examining possibilities for establishing regular Direct Flights and increasing Transit Services between the two countries. #Aviation

9. Expand and develop Cooperation in the Agricultural and livestock Sectors. Noting Mongolia’s rich livestock resources and India’s world-renowned expertise in processing wool.

10. India will train 1,000 Mongolian youth annually in Advanced Technologies, including #AI

11. India-Mongolia Friendship School for #Education partnership providing Quality Education to 1,200 Students annually

12. 70 Additional Slots for Mongolian Nationals under the Indian Technical and Economic Cooperation (ITEC) Programme for 2025–2026

13. All E-visas will be provided on a Gratis basis to Mongolian Nationals. The Mongolian side will also explore to grant E-visas to Indian national

14. India and Mongolia reaffirmed their commitment to strengthening cooperation in #Defense & Security. The Govt of India to establish a Defence Wing with a resident Defence Attaché at the Embassy of India in Ulaanbaatar.

15. Working together the finalization of the Comprehensive Convention on International Terrorism. Both Condemned Pahalgam Terror Attack

16. Maintaining close Coordination in Multilateral fora and working together to advance the interests of developing Countries, including through platforms such as the Voice of the Global South Summit. Mongolia appreciates India’s commitment to building a more inclusive, Representative and Multi-Polar International Order & supports India's Permanent Membership of the United Nations Security Council.

17. Both sides agreed to maintain Regular Contact, deepen Cooperation across all domains, and advance their shared vision of a stronger Strategic Partnership.
