1. India & Canada to take Calibrated Measures to restore stability in the Relationship and to pursue a Constructive and Balanced Partnership

2. Advancing India & Canada Security Cooperation and Agreement to continue discussions on Security and Law Enforcement Cooperation.

3. Ministers recognized that in the ongoing Global Economic uncertainty and rising Geopolitical tensions, a strong and Resilient India-Canada Bilateral Relationship is essential.

4. Growing Opportunities in Goods, Services, and #Investment, both sides agreed in #Trade Cooperation :

(1) Ministerial-level discussions on Bilateral Trade and Investment

(2) Resuming the Indiaโ€“Canada CEO Forum in early 2026

5. Recognizing their shared Vision of a Sustainable Future and addressing #Climate Change, Biodiversity loss and Pollution

6. Acknowledging #Energy transformation, both sides reaffirmed :

(1) Re-establish the Canadaโ€“India Ministerial Energy Dialogue (CIMED)

(7) First Critical #Minerals Annual Dialogue in Toronto in March 2026

7. Both sides agreed to deepen collaboration in S&T including #AI, and Digital Infrastructure:

(1) Relaunch the Joint Science and Technology Cooperation Committee (JSTCC)

(2) Canadian AI companies and researchers to participate in Indiaโ€™s forthcoming AI Impact Summit from Feb 2026

8. Deepening collaboration in the Agricultural Sector to promote Food security, enhance Trade and Productivity
