Indian Navy to equip entire fleet with BrahMos supersonic missile by 2030
By 2030, the Indian Navy plans to arm all warships with BrahMos, boosting its strike power to over 300 missiles across 20 stealth frigates and 13 destroyers.

With INS Udaygiri and Himgiri inducted the Navy now operates 14 guided missile stealth frigates, each carrying eight vertical-launch BrahMos anti-ship missiles.
While the new destroyers carry 16 BrahMos vertical launchers each, while older ones house eight. These include four Visakhapatnam-class, three Kolkata-class, three Delhi-class, and three Rajput-class destroyers. Combined, the Navy will be able to launch over 300 BrahMos missiles simultaneously by 2030.

The Jiangmen Underground Neutrino Observatory (JUNO), located in South #China’s Guangdong Province, has completed the filling of 20,000 tons of liquid scintillator on Tuesday and commenced data collection.
