Former US F-15E pilot Ryan Bodenheimer has called the Indian Air Force's tactics during #OpSindoor as the "best spoofing and deception we've ever seen" and he credited the Rafale’s AI powered X-Guard jamming decoy.

Integrated into the Rafale’s SPECTRA EW suite, the Israeli X-Guard is a 30 kg towed decoy that emits 360° jamming signals mimicking a real jet.

Its AI adapts to simulate Doppler shifts and radar signatures, fooling even active seekers like those on Pakistan’s PL15E missiles.
