Pakistani government has announced financial assistance to rebuild the terror infrastructure of 'Lashkar-e-Taiba' and 'Jaish-e-Mohammed' in Muridke and Bahawalpur. Certainly, a significant portion of the one billion dollars coming from the IMF will be used to fund this terror infrastructure. Should this not be considered indirect funding by the IMF, an international organization?
