🎯 China is declared the U.S.’s sole primary threat.

🎯 NATO must take on greater responsibility, as the U.S. will not be able to counter China and support Europe simultaneously.

🎯 In the event of Russian military aggression, Europe must contain it independently. The U.S. will only allocate forces not engaged in homeland defense or China deterrence.

🎯 The U.S. will maintain nuclear deterrence against Russia but will not provide Europe with significant conventional forces.

🎯 U.S. military must secure control over the Panama Canal and maintain a military presence in “near abroad” locations such as Greenland and Panama.

🎯 The strategy includes expanding nuclear forces and developing a new missile defense system, dubbed the "Golden Dome."
