Atrocities Act in India which deals with caste discrimination and it's criminalization deals primarily with tonsuring of head, parading naked, conversion of property etc. which are distinctly related to Indian society.

In Seattle or in California anything like this is not possible and so anything can be considered a crime- not hiring, not dating, and it won't even require proof. Mere words will entail firing. We have seen how Woke brigades work.

Most surveys have pointed out that people haven't experienced any form of caste discrimination themselves in US apart from a specific group Called Equality Labs which are a Pakistani funded group.

Even in the hearing the argument was given that even if people aren't being discriminated because of caste why should we wait for someone to suffer.

Now this can easily be weaponised against Indians and more specifically Hindus. While caste definitely exists in all religions and not only in India but in many other countries.

Also for children who have grown up in US unaware of such things and how does caste factor play there?

At large this is not a Indian problem per say but what I don't like is mainstreaming of this discourse will be used to push fault lines further in our country

The global body is working with the Indian government to help it establish a national assessment regulator called PARAKH (Performance Assessment, Review and Analysis of Knowledge for Holistic Development) which will set up norms and standards for exams, including boards exams and surveys like the National Achievement Survey (NAS). The idea is to bring in parity between the various state boards across the country in terms of their assessment criterion. 

“We are bringing in our experts in psychometrics, which is really the science of testing, an interaction of psychology, statistics and education. We have some of the world’s leading psychometricians who will help in formulating the guidelines. They will establish how tests should be formulated and how scoring should be done,” the CEO said.
