→ New rules will mandate that courses and degrees be identical to foreign campuses and enjoy the "same recognition and status" as original campuses.
→ They will be free of ‘inflexible’ domestic laws and controls on fees, admissions, appointments, and bar on revenue repatriation
→ IFSCA laws for ‘organizing and operation of worldwide department campuses and offshore training centers at GIFT' have been notified this week
→ Earlier finance minister had introduced it in the 2022 Budget
→ US, UK, and Australia Have shown interest
