Mitsubishi Electric to launch a new factory in India with investment of approximately Rs 2,200 cr in Pune

Mitsubishi Electric Corporation announced today that it will invest approximately Rs 2,200 cr in its subsidiary Mitsubishi Electric India to launch a new factory in Pune. The new factory will manufacture inverters and other factory automation (FA) control system products to meet the growing demand in India. It will be ready by next year.

Hon’ble Raksha Mantri, Shri Rajnath Singh approves fund enhancement of Technology Development Fund (TDF) scheme from ₹ 10 Cr to ₹ 50 Cr per project for development of advanced and critical defence technologies.

Under the Bharat Gaurav scheme, IRCTC will connect two countries via a tourist train that will connect India and Nepal.
