Today on the Eastern seaboard, Indian Air Force undertook live firing of BrahMos missile from a Su30 MkI aircraft. The missile achieved a direct hit on the target, a decommissioned Indian Navy ship. The mission was undertaken in close coordination with the Indian Navy.

The central government has granted interim approval to 477 pesticides for drone usage to fast track agri-drone adoption, the Drone Federation of India said. Earlier, each pesticide had to be approved by CIB&RC which would take 18-24 months. It's a step towards reaching the vision of "one village one drone" in the next three years, DFI President Smit Shah said.
