further explanation on the scene management system ..

the scenes are stored as an Integer based on hierarchy .. lemmi send a scr

when you add scenes to the build settings [which my stoopid ass forgot to balefew and was wondering why the build wasn't working for a whole day🤦‍♂️]

it'll give them numbers based on hierarchy and when you try to refer to the scenes you use the integer displayed right beside it and not it's name

or u could just use this and manually insert the scene .. since the sceneID is an int

so when you hard code the scene number .. u MUST make sure you are referencing the scene you want to reference


like in my case i was referring to the test scene when i was actually working on the main scene {code refers to scene 0 .. while the main scene was scene 1}

oh .. and the most annoying bug is usually right there in plain sight

double check fore you waste half a day trying to find a solution in old forums and YT vids

when all you have to do was disable a single fuckin game object which you accidentally left active

or a game object you destroyed instead of disabling😑
