Tomorrow I am appearing at Westminster Magistrates at 2pm for yet another case management hearing for a trial that is scheduled for Monday 6th December.

In the interests of the pursuit of justice I believe this case should be adjourned. We have been dealing with a scheming and corrupt Crown Prosecution, that have ensured the unpreparedness of some of those involved, with a system that ensures those who choose to self-represent (as I have done) are at a disadvantage.

I am not naive enough to believe there is justice within our corrupt and broken system. I am not fighting for my own acquittal, but using this platform to hold those who are guilty for imposing and enforcing unjust ‘laws’ upon us to account.

We all know we have a crippled system created by amoral men.

I am for truth above all else at any cost. I have been disappointed by some who fight for themselves above fighting for freedom and the right to protest when given what I see as an opportunity in open court to do so.

A very brief update on our Case Management Hearing today at Westminster Magistrates Court.

My application for witness summons for:

Matt Hancock
Neil Ferguson
Jonathan Van Tam
Alex Murray of Scotland Yard
Sadiq Khan Mayor of London

… have been acknowledged by the judge but summons not yet issued. I’m not holding my breath but either the courts prove they’re corrupt or the individuals I am calling will undoubtedly reject the summons.

The Crown Prosecution have not communicated as they should have and I am of course at a disadvantage representing myself.

However, I am not doing this to be acquitted but to hold those culpable to account, to shed light on corruption within the system, to question the legality of the legislation, to question ‘the science’ and to fight for freedom of speech and the right to protest.

My 5 day trial will be going ahead on the 6th December for 5 Days at Westminster Magistrates from 9.30am.

SICKNING discrimination in Exeter as a man is DENIED service in a Co-op leaving the manager liable for a £9000 fine!

The Co-op stated they would not police the masks, however this makes NO difference if the customer tells them they are exempt!

The Medical Freedom petition was submitted to the Clark County elections office yesterday. This amazing group of people collected 11k signatures (it requires about 8k to be submitted to the council to vote). The CCRP has voted overwhelmingly in support, but the real question is what the County Council will do once it reaches their vote in about a month.

Rob will be on Lars Larson today around 12:25 to talk more about it.
