πŸ“’ Announcement for DelightOS Users

Hey everyone,

I hope you're all doing well. I wanted to let you know that I won’t be able to provide updates or work on DelightOS for the time being. My Class 10th board practicals are from the 11th, and my pre-board exams start tomorrow. Additionally, my board examinations are scheduled for the second week of February, so I need to focus on my studies and preparation during this critical period.

I truly appreciate your understanding and patience. I’ll be back with more updates once my exams are over. Thank you for your continued support!

Take care and see you soon!

Best, Galax1eo

πŸ›‘οΈ How to Use Banking Apps (like iMobile, POP UPI, etc.) with Root Access Hidden
To securely use banking apps, you need to hide root access and pass basic integrity checks. Some apps may require device integrity checks or bootloader lock spoofing. Since Magisk can be tricky, we recommend KernelSU for better results. Follow these steps:

1️⃣ Completely Remove Magisk
Uninstall Magisk from your device via the Magisk settings.

2️⃣ Delete Root Files
Delete the TWRP folder from internal storage and microSD card, then remove these root files:

- /data/adb
- /sbin/su
- /system/bin/su
- /system/xbin/su
- /data/local/xbin/su
- /data/local/bin/su
- /system/sd/xbin/su
- /system/bin/failsafe/su
- /data/local/su

Use TWRP or MT Manager (with KernelSU root access) to delete them. Skip any missing folders.

3️⃣ Uninstall Root Apps
Remove all root manager apps and apps requiring root access, as banking apps can detect them.

4️⃣ Flash a Stock Boot Image
Flash a non-Magisk patched boot.img (stock boot.img should work) for your device.

5️⃣ Flash KernelSU
Flash the KernelSU kernel and install the KernelSU Manager APK.

6️⃣ Install Integrity Modules
In KernelSU Manager, flash the Play Integrity Fix and Zygisk Next modules. Reboot your device. If errors occur, use KernelSU Manager v1.0.1 or v0.9.5.

7️⃣ Uninstall KernelSU Manager
After flashing the modules, uninstall KernelSU Manager (recommended, as many banking apps detect it).

If the Banking App Still Doesn’t Work:

8️⃣ Spoof Bootloader with TrickyStore
Install the TrickyStore module to spoof the bootloader. Uninstall KernelSU Manager after using it.

9️⃣ Try Secure Folder or Private Space
If it still doesn't work, try using the app in a Secure Folder or Private Space.

πŸ”Ÿ Strong Integrity Apps
If all else fails, it might require stronger integrity checks. Try KeyBox to pass strong integrity tests.

Good Luck! πŸ€

Request for Kernel Logs – Dex TouchPad & Proximity Sensor Debugging

Can someone provide a full kernel log for Dex TouchPad and Proximity Sensor after flashing this kernel?

πŸ”— Grass Kernel

1️⃣ Capture Kernel Log (dmesg)
$ dmesg > /sdcard/dmesg.log

2️⃣ Capture Logcat Logs (Main + Events + System + Radio)
$ logcat -b all -d > /sdcard/logcat.log

3️⃣ Capture Input Device List
$ getevent -pl > /sdcard/input_devices.log

4️⃣ Check Touchpad & Proximity Sensor Status
$ cat /proc/bus/input/devices > /sdcard/proc_input.log
$ cat /sys/class/input/input*/name > /sdcard/input_names.log

5️⃣ Check if the sensor is detected
$ cat /sys/class/sensors/*/* > /sdcard/sensors.log

6️⃣ Package Everything
$ tar -cvf /sdcard/kernel_debug_logs.tar /sdcard/dmesg.log /sdcard/logcat.log /sdcard/input_devices.log /sdcard/proc_input.log /sdcard/input_names.log /sdcard/sensors.log

7️⃣ Upload the file here for analysis.
This will help in debugging any issues related to Dex TouchPad and Proximity Sensor. Thanks!
