We've been planning to add video tutorials to #Defyx for a while, making it easier to discover and learn all of the app's features.
In our first video, we introduce Premium Subscription—a feature where Defyx acts as an intermediary between buyers and sellers through the Marketplace, helping oversee the purchasing process. We also explain how to get a configuration through the bot and how to use it securely inside the app.

Defyx is designed to be simple and straightforward, so using it doesn't require dealing with complicated settings. One of our main goals has always been to keep users away from unnecessary or confusing configuration options. That said, we know the Marketplace may have raised some questions for some users, and we hope this video clears things up. If you still have any questions, feel free to ask them in the testers group or send us a ticket through the in-app support section.

Thanks for being with us. 💚

Don’t rely solely on Xray for connecting. We also recommend trying the Hive and Masque connection methods, as they may offer better speed or stability depending on your network and ISP.

We’re also working on adding new connection methods soon, and we hope they’ll make the Defyx experience even faster and more reliable for everyone.

We’ve recently updated the VWarp-core, bringing back several connection methods, including Warp, Gool, Masque, and Psiphon.
We recommend adding these methods to your Defyx Preferences for connection.

That said, due to the heavy internet restrictions in Iran, we don’t expect these methods to work reliably—except for Masque, and even that is likely to work only on a limited number of ISPs. For users in Iran, we still recommend keeping Hive and Xray as your primary connection methods.

More improvements and exciting updates are on the way, so stay tuned.

The names of the apps that have undergone audits have not been made public. However, Defyx is one of the apps that @PasKoocheh has reviewed and subjected to a security audit. We appreciate their responsible approach and the time and effort they have put into reviewing the app.

We are currently reviewing the results of the audit and working on a number of updates, both large and small, to DefyxVPN. Our goal is to further improve the app’s security and quality while maintaining its performance and user experience.

The findings from these reviews are shared confidentially with development teams, giving them enough time to investigate and address any potential issues before they are publicly disclosed. This also ensures that technical details about vulnerabilities are not made available to people who could potentially exploit them before they have been fixed. Therefore, the fact that an app has undergone an audit or received a confidential report does not, by itself, mean that it has a serious security issue or is unsafe to use. In fact, the purpose of this process is precisely to identify and address potential issues before they can be exploited.

Sharing this information is also part of the transparency we believe users deserve. We believe that independent security audits and collaboration between development and security teams are among the best ways to build software that is safer and more trustworthy.

To help us move this process forward faster and continue developing Defyx at a faster pace, we still need your help and support. This can range from contributing to the development and improvement of the app itself to providing servers and infrastructure that can help us deliver a better service.

The impact of every contribution, whether through coding or infrastructure, goes directly to the communities we serve in China, Russia, Iran, and other places where people continue to face internet censorship and restrictions.

We’ve been receiving requests for quite some time to bring Tunnel support to Windows and Linux. We’re happy to say that, alongside overall Tunnel performance improvements and a smoother, more stable connection, we’ve now added this feature experimentally to the desktop version.

We’ve also fixed a few minor bugs, including an issue with displaying the connection country flag, along with several other improvements. We hope these changes make your experience with #DefyxVPN smoother and more enjoyable overall.
