According to the annual plan, the Russian Armed Forces and the People's Liberation Army will hold the joint exercise "North. Interaction - 2024" in the waters of the Sea of Japan and the Sea of Okhotsk.
The exercise aims to raise the level of strategic cooperation between the armed forces of the two countries and their readiness to jointly respond to security threats.
In addition, the Russian Navy and the Chinese People's Liberation Army Navy will conduct the fifth joint patrol in the Pacific Ocean, and the Chinese side will participate in the Russian strategic exercise Ocean-2024.
