GERMANY β Chancellor Scholz has just completely dodged a reporter's question about a Ringtausch with the UK involving Taurus and Storm Shadow, only reiterating that there will be no Taurus delivery to Ukraine as he believes control/supervision is necessary and that this cannot be done with German soldiers.
Once again, the Chancellor did not even mention the name βTaurusβ even once, again just calling it βthe one weapon systemβ.
It could also be (based on what he says at the end) that he thinks that in a Ringtausch, Taurus will be delivered to Ukraine via the UK. If so, he has just ruled out a Ringtausch.

NEW β Poland: President Duda plans to propose raising NATO defense spending requirements from 2% to 3% of GDP during his upcoming visit to the United States and talks with allies.
It is noted that Polish President Andrzej Duda and Prime Minister Donald Tusk are planning to visit the United States in a few days. On the eve of the trip, the leaders convened a meeting of the National Security Council.
Opening the meeting, Duda stressed that NATO must remain strong, βresilientβ and ready for anything today. According to him, the Alliance must fulfill its commitments that were made at successive NATO summits.
