RUSSIA – Minister of Defense of Russia General of the Army Sergei Shoigu announced the completion of major transformations in the Russian troops.

"As of today, we can say that the main transformations have been completed as a whole. The Armed Forces have been brought to a three-service structure, and their staffing has been brought to the parameters established by the decree of the President of the Russian Federation," Shoigu said.
