UPDATE ⚓🇮🇳 – Indian Navy frigate INS BRAHMAPUTRA had a major fire onboard on night of 21 July 2024. The fire was extinguished after several hours of effort throughout the night. But by the morning of 22 July, the ship started severe listing to one side and, despite efforts, cannot be saved from turning over side. Some sailors are believed to be missing in the accident.

⚓🇷🇺 Russian corvettes returned to the main base of the Pacific Fleet in Vladivostok after the Russian-Chinese exercise “Maritime Cooperation - 2024”.
They successfully completed about 30 combat exercises, including firing at sea, coastal and air targets.
In two weeks, the Russian Navy corvettes “Gromky”, “Rezkiy” and “Perfect” have left a distance of 4,800 nautical miles behind them (about 8,889 kilometers). After resupply and technical checks, they will continue to carry out tasks according to the combat training plan.

The duration of the joint flight of Russian and Chinese aircraft was more than 5 hours. At certain stages of the route, the air group was accompanied by fighters from foreign countries (Canada & US see replies)
