The Vietnamese version of the Hai Feng Brigade. Vietnam used to develop a homemade anti-ship missile VCM-B. Its configuration is based on the Russian Kh-35UE anti-ship missile and is equipped with a VRS-MCX fire control radar system. The first batch of test projects has been completed, but it is still far from being put into service.

These will replace the PUCH G 290/LP Sandviper currently in service with the Austrian Special Forces.
Delivery will start in 2024.
