- PM of Saint Vincent / Presidency pro tempore of CELAC
regarding the situation with Guyana
In the various phone calls, each of the three leaders urged for peace and to keep LATAM free of conflict.
The leaders suggested that Maduro should reach out to hold discussions with Guyana.
Maduro in the calls firmly pushed that Guyana's Essequibo was "rightfully" Venezuela's.
