TURKEY – The new OTOKAR unmanned robotic complex ALPAR presented in Turkey

Turkish armored vehicle manufacturer Otokar unveiled its new combat unmanned ground vehicle, called the Alpar.

The Alpar is a heavy-class, tracked, unmanned infantry fighting vehicle intended to meet the multi-mission requirements of the armed forces worldwide.

The US CENTCOM and Israeli Armed Forces IDF have completed another iteration of the Juniper Oak exercise series “demonstrating and increasing interoperability and enhancing combined operational capabilities in the air and cyberspace.”

A U.S. Air Force B-52H bomber was forced to make a diversion to Yokota air base Japan, due to an in-flight maintenance issue, the service said on Jul. 12.

China has reportedly built its own Soviet-style Zubr-class amphibious transport ships

Taiwan News – China’s People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLAN) has reportedly taken possession of two new Zubr-class amphibious assault hovercraft (LCAC) in the past few months, which suggests that China is now capable of producing the vessels domestically and without foreign assistance.

The Zubr-class amphibious transport ships are of Soviet design, and according to recent reports, the PLAN is now in possession of six of the vessels, reported Naval News. The large amphibious transport ships, designated Type 728, could be instrumental in a potential invasion of Taiwan, especially for transporting heavy equipment.

BREAKING – Wagner fighters are training Belarusian soldiers in Belarus - Reuters

Mercenary fighters from Russia's Wagner group are training Belarusian soldiers in Belarus, the Belarusian defence ministry said on Friday.

The ministry said the training was taking place near the town of Osipovichi, about 90 km (56 miles) south of the capital Minsk.
