The Railway Police apprehended a 20-year-old man posing as a commando of the Indian Army’s Para Special Forces who had allegedly attended the Independence Day celebrations at the Red Fort in Delhi in August sporting the fake uniform.
During questioning it came to light that he visited the Red Fort on August 15 on Independence Day wearing the fake uniform and also clicked photos of his visit. Investigators also found his photos with some serving defence personnel and recovered a fake Army canteen card.
