It’s when you’re 2 feet away from the shore and can barely stand and are trying not to drown in shallow waters. Hope is the little bro of faith, without hoping we cannot believe for a better tomorrow. All of you who are continuing to truck on after you have been ravaged by loss, grief, pain, struggle and the rest of life’s challanges, I salute you and am honored to be in the arena of getting our asses kicked together. It’s easy for others to speculate about your struggle when they have no idea what’s its taken for you to get where you are, when they have no idea what it’s taken to just stay alive. Keep the hope! Keep up the fight! Thank you for walking alongside us all and let’s claim the victory, together ⚔️✨❤️‍🩹

In a medical society driven by “anti” - anti-biotic, anti-depressant, anti-pain medication etc, we are often not allowed to feel our feelings especially if they are “negative”. To suppress negative emotions I would argue is more dangerous. We must feel what we feel so that we may process the emotion and not be guilted into believing they are “wrong” or “bad” or don’t belong in your emotional language library. If you are feeling it, it belongs. By feeling and processing emotion, we transmute them into higher vibrational emotions and move from dark to light first by facing the dark and experiencing all it is asking us too so that we can grow our emotional musculature through contrast of love, compassion and empathy. If you’ve been through emotional hell im sure you’ve also felt at some point that you wish no other human has to ever experience what you have, this is part of the contrast laying the groundwork for love and compassion that is inherent to our human blueprint…

The people who stay and are able to sit with you through your worst, earn the right to be part of your life and deserve you at your best 💖⭐️

At intersections of compounded economic exclusion, we triage with the resources we have; and we often must minimize damage by remedying part of one emergency situation in a bare-minimum-viable way that intensifies a different emergency situation.

In this case, we absolutely had to replace some of the special foods I and others require for survival — so whatever we could replace without a larger investment, we did so.

As mentioned 2 weeks back, the small, unpredictable, and hard-won funds that severely impacted group members had previously — heroically — brought to our efforts have been significantly interrupted and compromised by recent events.

The gas service has notified us that shut-off, with $900 overdue, will be 25 May 2025… the day after tomorrow.

On May 25th, it will then require $1,300 (instead of $900) to reconnect.

I set the deadline in the title for tomorrow, Saturday the 24th of May, because by the time we hit Sunday morning we'll already have to pay the higher amount to get our hot running water back.
