▶️ On the Belarusian, Siverskyi and Bilhorod directions — no changes.

▶️ On the Svatove direction — the enemy attempted to improve its tactical position in the area of Synkivka but failed. Traditionally, it is hot in Serebryansk forestry, but with the arrival of the Azov Brigade, the enemy is more afraid to conduct assault operations.

▶️ On the Bakhmut direction — heavy fighting continues near Andriivka and east of the railroad. The area around Andriivka has been clarified.

▶️ On the Avdiivka direction — the enemy conducted offensive operations in Marinka and near Krasnohorivka but had no success. In addition, the katsaps were attacking from Kruta Balka and in Opytne, and numerous attempts were also unsuccessful. Successes of the 59th Motorized Brigade near Nevelske for the period of August-September have been noted. For understandable reasons, advancements in this area have not been reported in real-time; however, fighting in this region is ongoing.

▶️ On the Zaporizhzhia direction — managed to stop the enemy's counterattack near Novoprokopivka and push the enemy back. Fighting continues near Verbove, the katsaps are in no hurry to retreat. Katsaps continue to send reserves to Zaporizhzhia.

🗂 Analytical note. Increasing reports about the return of "wagner" mercenaries to the front; awaiting confirmation. 🇦🇲The National Assembly of Armenia voted to ratify the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court

🙋🏻‍♂️Parliament passed the bill with 60 votes in favor and 22 against. The opposition factions of the National Assembly "Armenia Alliance" and "I Have Honor" voted against. Armenia signed the Rome Statute on October 1, 1999, after which the ratification process was suspended because the Constitutional Court in 2004 recognized some of the obligations set forth in the statute as contrary to the Constitution. In March 2023, the Court reconsidered this position and recognized compliance.

💬The Representative for International Legal Affairs, Yeghishe Kirakosyan, said very interesting words about accountability: "The International Criminal Court investigates serious international crimes within its jurisdiction, and the purpose of the court is to bring to justice those who have committed serious international crimes. These include war crimes, crimes against humanity, and genocide. There are also new changes to the statute, one of which is the change made at the Kampala conference in 2010, which added the crime of aggression to the list of crimes."

⚖️Of course, these words were directed towards the actions of Azerbaijan, with which Armenia is in conflict. 💻 At the largest tech event in Ukraine, IT Arena, our team's own development, Kolossal, was presented. This conference gathers investors and startups that should be of interest to the former. This time, 15 semi-finalists competed in the defense-tech industry, and we were one of them. ⚡️ The UN has verified the authenticity of a video showing the killing of Ukrainian soldier Oleksandr Matsiyevsky by muscovites after he said "Glory to Ukraine!"

🔎The Organization also analyzed an additional five materials with executions of Ukrainian soldiers and concluded that all of them are authentic. In particular, the material was analyzed, where a video of the beheading of a Ukrainian soldier by muscovites was filmed.

But the conclusions are oddly made, as UN representatives have access to detention centers in Ukraine, can conduct interviews, and see the physical state of POWs, while hearing anecdotal accounts of their treatment by Ukrainian authorities.

"The report calls on UN member states to demand that russian authorities grant access to independent observers to all detention and internment facilities." Testimonies about torture are obtained from those lucky enough to survive, where signs of torture, such as fractures and missing teeth, were recorded.

❔How such conclusions can be made is unclear. And this question is not new. On the positive side, the UN does document violations by ruzzians, and these violations are quite clear and understandable. The question remains: who needs this documentation and when will there be accountability?

🇺🇸🇺🇦 The Government of the United States of America has donated approximately 1.1 million rounds of 7.62 mm ammunition to the Ukrainian Armed Forces

🌐The U.S. Central Command website reported that the government obtained ownership of these munitions on July 20, 2023, through the Department of Justice’s civil forfeiture claims against Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC). These munitions were originally seized by U.S. Central Command naval forces from the transiting stateless dhow MARWAN 1, Dec. 9, 2022. The munitions were being transferred from the IRGC to the Houthis in Yemen in violation of the United Nations Security Council Resolution 2216

🔽 Over the past few weeks, relations between the two countries have been strained by Canada's accusation of India of killing a Sikh separatist leader on Canadian soil.

🟠 On June 18, Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a separatist leader who wanted to separate an independent Sikh state called Khalistan from India, was killed in his truck in the parking lot of a Sikh temple in the western Canadian city of Surrey by 34 gunshot wounds.

🟠 Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau said that "credible allegations" of a possible link between Indian agents and the assassination of Khalistan activist Hardeep Nijjar were passed on to New Delhi "several weeks ago."

🟠 India rejected the accusation as "absurd" and denied any involvement in Nijjar's death. It also accused Canada of harboring "extremists and terrorists" who "threaten India's sovereignty and territorial integrity."

▶️ On the Bakhmut direction — heavy fighting is taking place behind the railroad east of Andriivka, still unchanged on the map, although the Ukrainian Armed Forces are making progress there. The area around Bohdanivka has been updated. In addition, the area of Spirne-Vesele has been clarified, as the enemy has been gradually gobbling up territory there in recent months. In general, this area is still being clarified.


▶️ On the Avdiivka direction — the enemy's attempts to recapture positions near Pervomaiske were unsuccessful. Fighting continues in Marinka and north of the city.
