So was the Rotary Club involved with something in Ghana???

A Spanish bishop in 1928 said that the Rotary Club was nothing but a satanic organization. The church believed it was a secret society with quasi-religious overtones.

But then in 1929 the Vatican then took over the reigns and stated “it is not expedient for catholic priest to participate in Rotary either as a member or guest.”

Let’s look at the meaning of “not expedient”:

The year 1929 is important. Let’s review...

By 1917, in the throws of The Russian Revolution and the take over by the Bolsheviks, the church went through a terrible crisis.

Lenin and his communist views, called for the redistribution of wealth, the surrender of private property, and the rejection of church dogma and beliefs.

Priests were being killed and imprisoned. The Church was losing money, and had to take out loans to meet financial obligations....

By now Mussolini was in power. Catholicism was the main religion in Italy. Mussolini needed the Church. The Church needed Mussolini. The Church needed money to pay back their loans.

The Pope during this time, Pope Pius VI, entered into an agreement with Mussolini that was mutually beneficial. The agreement was called THE LATERAN TREATY.

THE LATERAN TREATY:
The Lateran Treaty was signed on 2/11/29 and ratified on 6/7/29 was an agreement between the Kingdom of Italy and Pope Pius VI. The treaty recognized Vatican City as an independent state under the sovereignty of the Holy See.

The 1st section of the treaty gave The Vatican jurisdiction over all Catholic Organizations in Italy. These corporations were called “ecclesiastical corporations” and were exempt from taxation and audit.
UNDER THIS TREATY THE VATICAN COULD CREATE AS MANY CORPORATIONS AS IT WANTED!

THE VATICAN COULD AND DID CREATE ALL CORPORATIONS!

This is how they did it folks.
The Lateran Treaty gave the Vatican the right to create corporations, who were exempt from audit and taxation.

And Q told us...The Holy See...the Vatican...were able to create a sanctuary against criminal prosecution by creating CORPORATIONS.

Pope Pius VI hired Bernardino Nogara to become the handler of The Vatican’s newfound wealth.

Nogara bought enough shares to own the Bank of Rome (IOR).

Nogara convinced Mussolini to include the bank in the IIR (Institute for Industrial Reconstruction), which made the Government of Italy the bank’s guarantor.

Remember...when Q talks about The Vatican and The Catholic Church (the upper echelons who are VERY corrupt) they use the term The Holy See.

Back in 1929 when Italy (as represented by Mussolini) and the Vatican (represented by Pope Pius VI) signed the mutually beneficial “Lateran Treaty,” The Vatican was given sovereign rights under the “Holy See.”

The “Holy See” is considered the Universal Government of the Catholic Church that operates out of The Vatican.
