Background info: Snowden had been living in Russia leaking information about the NSA’s spy tools, PRISM and XScorekey to the media.

Q has suggested that the leaks were coordinated by the C-I-A in order to destroy public trust in the NSA, and give the C-I-A a competitive advantage.

Remember...The NSA “Had it All”

As we know, Snowden was brought up on charges of espionage for breaking his NDA with the C-I-A and the NSA.

In the above Q drop, Q is letting us know that [EYES ON] was a warning to Snowden that he was being watched.

Then Q asked Snowden if he was helping Jack Dorsey...the CEO of Twitter. “Helping @Jack?”

“Deep Dream” was a computer vision program created by Google engineer Alex Mordvintse.
It was a program they invented using AI and algorithms of neural pathways to create “art”.

It was supposed to give the illusion of a Dream-like hallucinogenic appearance with overly-processed images.

Creepy if you ask me.

“Deep Dream 2” was going to be a program used by Google AND Twitter to manipulate minds...sway opinions...political opinions in fact.

ES...is Eric Schmidt.
“We will Never forget” alludes to Schmidt’s trip to NK (North Korea) in 2013. He went there to establish covert communications that would be impenetrable by the NSA.
Q went on to say “ES failed.”

Then Google acquired an artificial intelligence (AI) program called “Deep Mind.”

DEEP MIND was referred to as the “AI Manhattan Project.”

Here is a quote from that article...

“So Google bought this AI company called DeepMind,” Vorhies replied. “Let me just put it in plain language what that is, DeepMind was creating a god-like AI system that is able to ingest the available public information on the internet and make sense of it. Think of it like Amazon Alexa except much much much more intelligent. This AI system was moved out of the UK I believe and placed into China, and it’s been dubbed the AI Manhattan Project.”
