Fr Thomas Hagan, the president of HANDS TOGETHER operates the “Becky Dewine Schools.”

The schools, under the helm of HANDS TOGETHER,
grew to 34 schools as of 2018.

The schools offer free education to 12,000 of Haiti’s poorest children.

Wonder what the DeWines and HANDS TOGETHER got in return for their extreme generosity?

...maybe it was a gesture of goodness and humanitarianism.

Let’s look into HANDS TOGETHER...in relationship to Mike and Fran DeWine.

Prior to becoming a Senator...and then current Governor of Ohio, Mike DeWine was the Attorney General for the state of Ohio from 2011-2019.

The DeWines had been hosting annual fundraisers for HANDS TOGETHER since 2000. The proceeds from these events were supposed to go to the Becky DeWine schools in Haiti.

This bothers me.
Anytime you see Monarch butterflies in logos and advertising...AND requests for money...beware.

All charities have to register in any state for which they do business.
The problem is..it was found out in 2016 that “HANDS TOGETHER” was an UNREGISTERED CHARITY in the state of Ohio.
If you get special 501C3 tax exempt status....and you are unregistered...you are breaking the law!!

Allegedly, a “DeWine aide” discovered the oversight involving Hands Together Inc. during the time DeWine was state attorney general.

One of the duties of Ohio’s ATTORNEY GENERAL is to enforce Ohio’s charitable laws.

That includes a law requiring charities that raise money in Ohio..to be registered.

Who was this “staff member” that discovered this “oversight?”
Her name is Ann O’Donnell.

Ann was DeWine’s longest serving staff member. She started out as his speech writer.

Why didn’t DeWine do anything about it all those years?

DeWine claimed ignorance. He said he had been over in Haiti for 12-13 years prior and had “no idea” HANDS TOGETHER was “unregistered.”
Right...
You are the Attorney General for Ohio, and one of your responsibilities is oversight of charities...and you claim ignorance???!!

In that article they stated, “Assisting charities to get their registration up-to-date was part of O’Donnell’s job, and that she had done it for countless other charities...not just HANDS TOGETHER.

Additionally her office bought a special “registration database” in December 2011, to help make compliance easier.”

Over all those years she didn’t catch the error? We are talking about at least 5 years that the error was not caught. I wonder what/who made her finally “catch the error?”

Were there other charities/NGOs that received special treatment from Mike DeWine?

YES!

This will all make sense when we connect the dots!

Another “charity” that received the kid glove treatment was:
European Adoption Consultants (EAC).
EAC was located in Strongsville, Ohio (Cleveland-Akron area).

They were involved in
Kidnapping and selling children, and paying bribes
...in 12 countries.
Including Haiti.
Yes HAITI!!
