Last week we dove deep into this department.

The department leader is David Vaughn.

Guess what else David Vaughn was involved with?

He was the Secretariat of the WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM (WEF). That is a red flag 🚩

He also worked for THE DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY. That’s another red flag 🚩

We discussed the projects they were involved with in Haiti.

They were involved in every aspect of these Haitians lives.

They were building or improving water and latrine systems, roads, and EMERGENCY ROOMS.

All of these projects were being conducted in or next to SCHOOLS and ORPHANAGES.

They were even showing the Haitians how to properly use CEMENT. They even made a reference to CEMEX. We discussed CEMEX at length in early December! CEMEX WAS THE GLUE TO THE ENTIRE CHILD TRAFFICKING OPERATION!
Major red flag!🚩

The CEDC dept was even involved with things that had nothing to do with engineering.

They were working with children...teaching them how to wash their hands. AND they were involved with creating a MEDICAL database on each one of them.
WHY???
They had no business doing that.

INSTITUTIONAL AMNESIA. It was a supposed “effect” all those in the engineering Dept suffered from after they were done with their project.

That means THE STUDENTS FORGOT EVERYTHING!!!

AMNESIA? All of them? Either this was a big fat PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY scheme by the Clowns (C-I-A) or these students were being MK Ultra-ed.
