Then there is the WASH program.
This was a teaching hygiene program.
What was their target audience?
Pre K-3rd Grade.
Always around the children.
You have to keep asking yourself...WHY WAS THE ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT INVOLVED IN EVERY ASPECT of the HAITIANs’ lives?!??
Engineering has nothing to do with hand washing.

If I am reading the article correctly, “AMNESIA” is a problem for the engineers on the CLEMSON ENGINEERS for DEVELOPING COMMUNITIES.”

MK ULTRA is a real thing. It is used in industries like some of our military contractors.
