On a side note..the night before last I had a complete meltdown. I cried and cried and cried. I didn’t know where the tears were coming from. I soon realized that I was suppressing so much of the horror that I read every day. I was feeling the pain of the people who were victims in all this. I feel so much better today. I truly hope justice comes for the people of Haiti...the Survivors...those that lost children...and those brave enough to carry on. They are the True Warriors in all this!

Back in January of 2018, Donald Trump was in the Oval Office with lawmakers from both sides of the aisle, discussing plans to curb immigration.

In the exchange a plan was put forward to The President, which involved slashing the visa lottery in half and, letting the rest go to countries in Africa and Temporary Protective Status nations...including Haiti and El Salvador.

Then came the accusations about what was said in that meeting...

Soles4Souls is an NGO (non profit/charity)that collect shoes to give them to impoverished children (and adults). There’s that “NGO” word again. I’ve grown to despise those 3 letters.

Soles4Souls is a NON-PROFIT! They collect mostly unused shoes from athletes and others around the Nation, and give them away. They do not make the shoes. Take a look at their tax returns. I was aghast at how large their these numbers were.

I haven’t had the time to really investigate these...plus I am not tax savvy. Can someone look these over to see if you see anything? We did this for the McCain Institute and found a lot of nuggets.
